Cómo eliminar tus datos

Nuestra herramienta de publicación solo se conecta a las cuentas de Tremendato y no guarda datos personales de quienes miran los videos. Si igual crees que tenemos datos tuyos, o conectaste una cuenta y quieres que se borre todo:

Quita el acceso desde la red. En Facebook: Configuración › Integraciones comerciales, o Apps y sitios web. En Instagram: Configuración › Apps y sitios web. En Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. En TikTok: Configuración y privacidad › Seguridad › Permisos de apps. Desde ese momento la herramienta ya no puede leer nada de esa cuenta.
Pídenos que borremos lo guardado. Escribe a tremendato@gmail.com con el asunto «Eliminar mis datos» y el nombre de la cuenta. Borramos los permisos y las estadísticas de esa cuenta dentro de los 30 días y te avisamos cuando esté hecho.

Data deletion instructions

Our publishing tool only connects to Tremendato's own accounts and does not store personal data about viewers. If you still believe we hold data about you, or you connected an account and want everything deleted:

Remove access on the network. Facebook: Settings › Business integrations, or Apps and websites. Instagram: Settings › Apps and websites. Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions. From then on the tool can no longer read anything from that account.
Ask us to delete what we stored. Email tremendato@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the account name. We delete that account's tokens and statistics within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
